Birthday Party help.?

Okay so i am turning 13 and i was watching drake and josh and they had that candy thing on their like willie wonka. and so for my 13th b-day i wanted to do something like that so what should i do? like i want to do like those things that hang over your door like in candy things though. i know on um foodnetwork they have this candy convention and i saw some cool things on their show and so should i order them? thanks and also some other ideas might help me.
