Who will WIN the WAR on AFFIRMATIVE ACTION Obama or the CONSERVATIVE MAJORITY on the SUPREME COURT?
Kennedy is the decider, and at 73, he will be around longer than Obama. At the rate of deterioration of our Country under Obama, we will have a Republican President in 2013. Sotomoyor will be a lonely minority for years.
