Muslims: why should woman have to cover up for mens peverted desires?

According to men's psychology, its only men who get tempted by woman, but no one has ever asked a woman what her feelings are on this, as she can see the man thru the keyholes of her mask and hence she too must be getting hots for a man, but her thoughts are not taken into account maybe because, she is powerless to tell the man she has hots for him, but man will immediately do the worst with the woman.
