Do you think that Joe Talamo is an underrated jockey?

He has the advantage of being young and i was watching Jockeys on Animal Planet Friday night and according to it he was gonna ride I Want Revenge in the Derby before the colt was scratched from it. There was also another jockey who rode Well Armed to victory in the Dubai World Cup though i forget his name but alot of people say hes underrated to.
