Would dinosaurs technically exist from the religious/ creationism standpoint?

In the Bible it just says man was made, but what about all those crazy big animals and the dinosaurs that came before us? Did God make those too, and they just roamed the earth with us too? What about cave men and Neanderthals do those exist or are those Adam and Eve and that whole generation? Adam and Eve seem just a little to sophisticated to be cave men to me.
