I am 19 years old and i want to buy a house help?

im 19 i started my first job a year ago and im still working. i have no credit. right now im renting a 3 bedroom house for 1400 bills not included. i am berly starting to build up my credit.... would i need a co signer? is this impossible? who can give a 19 year old girl a loan?
