Which is Better: MTX or JBL subs?

I have two 12" JBL subs in my current car, and considering putting two 12" MTX in my new car. I like the JBL and don't really have a problem with them, but the store has this deal on the MTX subs/box/amp. I don't mind spending extra for something good, so to those of you who are familiar which do you think is better? JBL or MTX?
