What are the pros and cons of F1 going to turbo's again?

The change in speed is almost non-existent. Horsepower numbers won't change that dramatically. I've always enjoyed watching flames from the wastegate. Hmm. F1 is going back to turbos, so is the IRL. Coincidence????
