Why Did I Receive A Violation Notice?

I just received an email from Yahoo saying that a question I had posted under "Religion and Spirituality" was promoting "Hate speech and violence". The name of my question was "Why does God hate figs?" and my question listed a few verses from the Bible where God mentions fig trees and why, on several occasions, they were seen as an evil fruit. How in the WORLD is that promoting hate speech and/or violence?!!! Yahoo deleted the question and took ten points away from me. I've emailed them to appeal but this makes me nervous about wanting to post questions on here since it was a completely unjustified "violation"!
