Dog attacked in doggie daycare?

I think there is going to be a HUGE lawsuit and I think it will be more than her vet bills! This is unfortunate, and sad, but it's the harsh truth of dog behavior. Still, the dog daycare should have had some sort of insurance, I mean this was pretty much something they should have foreseen in this type of business. BTW I do not agree with the way it was handled to break up the fight, there are other ways and their employees should be taught the correct things to do in a situation like this before being allowed to "watch" the dogs, but still there are cases where you do what's necessary to stop them. There isn't ALWAYS posturing before an attack either... we had a Golden that would act as friendly as could be, then jump them when the other dog would relax. No tail stiffening, just wag, wag, wag and pounce whenever the timing was right for him! He was neutered, had been shown and was a hunting dog, just couldn't be around other dogs at all! Period.
