7 or 8. to get a 10: maybe shorting down the sentences a little, like, poems are really great ways to express personality and feelings. In the poem "Incendiary" by Vernon Scannell, Scannel uses figurative language in a beautiful way. He also uses wonderful imagery and diction to portray his point to the world: that children need to be loved.
