ur second team looks ok maybe one relief pitcher and you can usually pick one up but for ur first team i would sell matsuzaka high when he gets back from DL cuz beilieve me hes not going to be this lucky after all star break with all those walks and flyball outs and i would sell tori hunter for two slumping guys like an alex rios combined with eric badard
