What is the name for the jacket thats hood is like a capes hood?

I was watch Kimora life in the fab lane and on the episode were they go to London and her istant or someone like that is talking to different women on the street alot of them had these really cool cloaks on, it was like a jacket length but the hood was like a capes and i want one really bad but have no clue what they are called please help and were can i buy one ????
